Dare #10 W R I T E the President

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

Washington, DC 20500

(at bottom of envelope front, write:)

RE: BP OIL SPILL

You can simply write a letter stating:

"NOW is the time for cleaner, SAFER energy, before it is too late."

... or add your personal message. Please encourage family and friends to do the same.

An email may be blocked by a filter and thrown away before ever being read, BUT a letter in an envelope x thousands and thousands, can make a physical presence that will force the president to notice our cries for leadership and a better tomorrow.

Send a letter today!

Dare #8

Hang in there.

All difficulties reap rewards (of a sort) if you see them through.
Darkest before the dawn and all that stuff. You know....

Dare #7

Remain calm.
Many people lose their wits when confronted with the unknown.
(been there. done that.)
An immediate instinct of some is to 'do away' with the strangeness.
But perhaps if we all just took a deep breath and slept on it
we'd see things different in the morning light.

One can only hope!

Dare #6 DO Something

Stand up and be heard about an injustice that you witness this up coming week (or month. or year).

Don't just 'hope and pray' that things will get better.

DO SOMETHING.

and yes. I failed to post a dare this week. my bad.
sometimes life just gets really heavy. so sorry.
